Curriculum vitae
Anna Jäger studied economics at the Ruhr University Bochum and was able to gain her first experience of agile working methods and the combination of agile working with agile tools during her bachelor's degree with a six-month internship at //SEIBERT/MEDIA in the area of marketing and event management. When she began her Master's degree in Business Psychology at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden, Anna took on numerous tasks related to the training business as a working student at KEGON. During this time, she gained her first project experience in various industries. She has also qualified as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and is a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). Since completing her Master's degree in August 2023, she has been working full-time as a consultant at KEGON and has accompanied several ART launches and coached teams and ART roles in the SAFe environment. In addition, she gives trainings and workshops on agile roles and techniques.
