Curriculum Vitae 

David Baer (born in 1973) has a degree in computer science engineering from ETH Zurich. From the beginning of his professional career he was interested in agile methods and approaches, first as a software developer, later as a project manager, team leader and in building up a testing department.

For many years, he has been involved in the agile community in Switzerland as co-organizer of the SwissICT Agile Breakfast and co-founder of the "Agile HR" and "Business Agility.

David Baer spoke at various conferences and on various topics in the context of agility. He is especially interested in the adaptation of agility in areas outside of software development.

Since December 2016 David Baer is certified as SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and has given countless trainings and accompanied many SAFe implementations.
