Curriculum Vitae

Yvonne Görlitz holds a doctorate in natural sciences with additional training in business management and has been advising IT organisations since 2000.

Dr. Görlitz's professional activities focus on the development of lean agile organisations and processes as well as change management. Within the scope of her activities, she is always responsible for projects with a strong focus on sustainable change in the client organisation. Dr. Görlitz is a Product Owner, Scrum Master and certified SAFe Practice Consultant for Dean Leffingwell's Scaled Agile Framework.

At KEGON AG, Dr Görlitz leads product development for agile processes and has been a board member since the beginning of 2018.
