Curriculum Vitae

As a Partner at KEGON AG, SPCT und CPST, my goal is to empower enterprises and government agencies to become world-class entities that can effectively address today's and tomorrow's challenges. With years of experience guiding and supporting organizations in their adoption of Lean & Agile methods on all levels, I always aim to improve communication between business departments and product development units. My goal is always to create sustainable, profitable companies, that offer valuable solutions to their clients.
With this goal in mind my current focus is on strategic product development processes, strategy formulation & execution based on Lean-Agile principles & leveraging the opportunities provided by modern artificial intelligence.
With a background in software engineering & architecture, I have been involved in the early days of Model-Driven Architecture (MDA) and Convergent Architecture (CA). Since 2004, I have gained extensive experience in applying Lean and Agile methods to teams, product groups, and entire organizations. In recent years the focus shifted more towards Strategic Product Management & Profit Streams engineering in complex industries.
As one of the first in Germany to apply the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) in 2012, I have since supported multiple large enterprises in implementing SAFe. I became the first Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC) and the first SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) in Germany. Additionally, I am one of the first SAFe Program Consultant Trainers (SPCT) and one of the first Certified Profit Streams Trainers (CPST) in Europe.
