Curriculum Vitae 

Florian Beck has been supporting organizations in scaling agile approaches since 2012.

The focus of his work is to form a powerful agile team-of-teams from several individual teams. His passion is to create the right framework for this team-of-teams and to guide its development.

Florian Beck started his career in software development. Together with his experience as a project manager, this facilitates his access to both development teams and managers.

As an experienced Scaled Agile Framework Practice Consultant (SPC6), Florian Beck has already supported organizations in various industries to successfully and sustainably scale agile approaches. By establishing suitable structures at the portfolio level, he ensures that initial successes at the operational level lead to the strategic success of the company in the long term. In doing so, Florian Beck relies on Lean Portfolio Management and Objectives & Key Results.
