Curriculum Vitae 

Originally an Architect, Joseph has adopted the mindset of focusing on the end result and driving continuous improvement, always placing a high value on engaging all stakeholders in an agile work environment. An MBArch graduate from IE University, Joseph built his experience from architecture and design to management, business and entrepreneurship. Alongside KEGON AG, he shared his experience in trainings (internal and public) on agile fundamentals. With international experience during his studies in various overseas assignments in London, Madrid and Beirut, Joseph, highly organized and customer focused, wins through project successes with focused and talented team members with cross-cultural communication skills. In recent years, his coaching work focused on the agile transformation of IT organizations and dedicated development projects.
