Initial situation: A pilot project is to be set up for a customer from the energy production sector, in accordance with the processes and artefacts resulting from the agile methodology. With the help of the methodical support of KEGON AG, a workshop will be held to convey the new procedure, collect the requirements for the pilot's results on a backlog and make the further procedure transparent to those affected.
The KEGON solution:
KEGON offers its customers tailor-made workshops around the topic of agile processes, so that topics can be taught and deepened according to the needs of the customers. Our workshops themselves are structured like an agile project. This means that speakers and participants use the tools of the agile processes practically in the execution of the workshop. All topics on the agenda are offered in the form of a backlog, which is then tailored to the needs of the participants and processed. Some of the individual topics will be presented, developed on the board, and small exercises will make content tangible.
The following topics will be addressed in a two-day workshop:
- Transfer of relevant and basic knowledge of agile procedures
- Selection of a pilot for the introduction of agile procedures
- Transfer of relevant and basic knowledge of agile procedures
- Collection and prioritization of project requirements for the pilot
