Client: Support of an agile pilot project in a publishing house. KEGON supports an agile pilot project for the implementation of new functionalities for the purchasing and service portal of a publishing house.
Initial situation:
The customer is a media, retail and system house whose product portfolio as a partner and service provider comprises the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, the goods and service cooperatives and the companies in the cooperative network, the areas of market service and sales, cards and payment transactions, media and forms, solutions and topics as well as office and organisation. The purchasing and service portal, which enables e-procurement at the local cooperatives, is of great importance. The operation and expansion of this central system is carried out using the company's own development department in cooperation with the requesting departments.
After first own approaches for the introduction of agile procedures, the customer wishes professional company for an agile pilot project for the implementation of new functionalities for the portal. An agile pilot team is to be set up and anchored in the company.
