Professional Scrum Master and Product Owner Training (PSMPO)

The 3-day Professional Scrum Master and Product Owner (PSMPO) course combines the key learning objectives from the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO I) courses. The combination of PSM I and PSPO I enables joint learning that is not possible when Scrum Master and Product Owner are trained separately. Participants benefit greatly from a shared understanding of each other and by merging the content, participants avoid duplicating basics and have more room for exchange and discussion.

During the course, participants will develop and consolidate their basic Scrum knowledge and have the opportunity to expand their mindset, which is necessary to be part of a self-managed team. They will learn both the inward-facing mindset and the outward-facing skills required to create value and ensure customer satisfaction. The responsibilities of Scrum Master and Product Owner are interwoven with the Scrum values and pillars of empiricism in a way that challenges participants to approach the work in new ways after the course.

This course is only available for private training events. It is not offered in a public setting. This course is explicitly designed to improve the skills of Scrum Masters and Product Owners in an organisation by learning and discovering together what it takes to work effectively with the whole Scrum team and stakeholders.
