Jörg Jungermann supports people, teams and organizations on their way in an agile transformation. As an agile coach, consultant and trainer, he is guided by agile values and principles and works pragmatically and solution-focused.

His activities focus on the introduction and application of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) at team and organizational level.

In doing so, he benefits from his experience in systemic coaching, software development, systems and requirements engineering and IT project management.

In addition to his consulting work, he also conducts seminars, workshops and trainings in the areas of: Agile/Lean, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, agile requirements engineering (CARS).
