Vincenzo Parisi brings extensive experience in introducing and improving scaled, agile organisation. His focus is on development areas of high-tech software-related products.

From the transformation of entire business areas in close exchange with the area manager to the coaching of product owners, he works close to the value creation in order to place the change on a stable foundation.
