Stefan Engels draws on many years of experience as an Agile Consultant and IT Manager/CTO. He has successfully supported company-wide agile transformations and change projects for various companies in the digital economy. His focus is on the implementation of company-wide agile scaling frameworks, agile program and portfolio management, and the establishment of cross-functional and distributed engineering teams. He pays special attention to the holistic accompaniment of a company to its business agility through the process model OKR (Objectives & Key Results).
